5. Author Participation

Authors who participate in Spine Story Hub spotlights, features, or events agree to the following:

• All submitted author bios, photos, and book information must be accurate and your own original content.
• You grant Spine Story Hub a non-exclusive licence to display and promote your content on the Platform.
• Coordination fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the feature has been published or the event has taken place.
• Spine Story Hub reserves the right to decline any submission that does not meet community standards.
• Author spotlights and features are editorial decisions made at Spine Story Hub's discretion.

6. Coordination Fees

Certain author features, spotlights, and promotional placements on Spine Story Hub may be subject to a coordination fee. By paying a coordination fee, you agree to:

• Fees are clearly communicated prior to purchase and are non-refundable once services are rendered.
• Payment does not guarantee editorial endorsement — all features remain subject to our community standards.
• Promotional placements are time-limited as specified in your agreement.
• Spine Story Hub reserves the right to adjust fee structures with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property
