Tips for reading more consistently - what works for you?

I struggle to maintain a consistent reading habit. Some weeks I devour books, other weeks I do not touch them.

My current challenges: - Phone addiction stealing reading time - Feeling too tired after work - Starting too many books at once - Waiting for the "perfect" reading conditions

What I have tried: - Reading before bed (fall asleep too fast) - Audiobooks during commute (mind wanders) - Reading challenges (feel pressured)

Would love to hear what strategies have worked for fellow readers. No judgment zone!
