About Andy Weir
Andy Weir built a career as a software engineer but built a following as a writer. A lifelong space nerd and devoted hobbyist of subjects such as relativistic physics, orbital mechanics, and the history of manned spaceflight, he turned those passions into his debut novel, The Martian, which was adapted into a critically acclaimed film by Ridley Scott. His other novels include Artemis and Project Hail Mary, which spent multiple weeks at #1 on the New York Times bestseller list.
